Personal data will include name, title, phone number, email address and other business contact details displayed on a business card or disclosed by a business contact.

Personal data relating to business contacts may be used for the following purposes:

  • Providing information about us and our range of services including newsletters sent via email
  • Contacting individuals at these business contacts
  • Performing analytics on marketing and news communication
  • Recordkeeping purposes in line with regulatory requirements

Integer Advisors will not sell any personal data to any third party. Integer Advisors will not disseminate or share any personal data to any third party unless required by applicable law or regulation. Personal data will be retained as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out above or where required by applicable law or regulation.

B) Applicants for employment or internship opportunities

Integer Advisors processes personal data about applicants who have sent personal data to Integer Advisors LLP contained in CVs and/or cover letters or emails. This personal data will be used to analyse the application and make decisions about a potential employment.

Integer Advisors will not sell any personal data to any third party. Integer Advisors will not disseminate or share any personal data to any third party unless required by applicable law or regulation. Personal data will be retained as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out above or where required by applicable law or regulation.

Personal data relating to declined applications will not be retained.

D) Visiting our website

Visitors are able to send an email to us through the website via a contact form. Messages will contain the user’s screen name and email address, as well as any additional information the user may wish to include in the message. Sending an email through the contact form constitutes your explicit consent for us to collect and use that information in the ways described in this privacy statement. Personal data collected via our website will be retained by us in line with our retention policy for business contacts (see above).
